You will report to the Executive Chef Josef and Head Chef Richard but your main sparring partner will be Vikram, our Banqueting Sous Chef. Our F&B concept is focused on plant-forward and zero-waste cuisine with local ingredients sourcing and Czech-reinvented cuisine. We serve food at all our outlets - the main focus is the Alcron Restaurant - casual fine dining, Alcron Bar - Czech tapas style menu, Alcron Rooftop (coming in 2025) - fresh sky bar menu as a compliment to the drinks, Banqueting, In-room dining, and Coffee Shop. You will play a vital part in our Banqueting section where we prepare various buffet items as per the banqueting map and guests' needs.

What we trust you with

Cooking alongside our talented team members in 1 production kitchen.

You will predominantly work in our banqueting section but will be ready to help in other sections in case of no events and BQT needs. Our sections are meat+sauce section, garnish, cold kitchen, and breakfast service.

Working 12-hour shifts including weekends and PHs, we will compensate you accordingly.

You will sometimes need to prepare food for your colleagues for the staff canteen.

Following all HACCP rules.

What makes you a match

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Chef role.

Conversational English (preferable) or Czech.

Independence, responsibility, diligence, and time flexibility.

Common sense :)

EU work authorization is a must.

Experience working for a 5* hotel and experience with Banqueting prep is a significant advantage.
