Head Pastry Chef
You will report to the Executive Chef Josef and Head Chef Richard. You will bring a fresh approach to all pastry production processes and supervise & lead the Pastry team of 2 talented colleagues.
You will be in charge of breakfast, coffee shop, in-room dining, bar, restaurant al a carte and business lunch pastry production.
We serve food at all our outlets - the main focus is the Alcron Restaurant - casual fine dining and breakfast service, Alcron Bar, Alcron Rooftop (coming by the end of 2025) - fresh sky bar menu as a compliment to the drinks, Banqueting, In-room dining, and Coffee Shop - vegan desserts and pastry.

Working 8.5-hour shifts 5 days a week.
Keeping and ensuring all HACCP rules are followed by the pastry team.
Leading and motivating the team of 2 talented pastry chefs.
Food cost management.
Following the hotel and F&B concept.
Pastry section schedule preparation in accordance with the labor law.
What makes you a match
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, can be a Pastry Sous Chef role.
Conversational English and/or Czech.
Independence, responsibility, diligence, and time flexibility.
Hands-on approach as well as capability of long-term planning.
Common sense :)
EU work authorization is a must.
Experience working for a 5* hotel or a busy high-end restaurant.
Active approach in the team development and participation with other departments.
