Pastry Demi Chef/Pastry Chef de Partie
You will report to the Head Pastry Chef Marketa. Our F&B concept is focused on plant-forward and zero-waste cuisine with local ingredients sourcing and Czech-reinvented cuisine. We prepare food at all our outlets - Restaurant - Breakfast, Business Lunch, al a carte, Coffee Shop - local vegan desserts, Banqueting - coffee breaks and buffets and In-room dining menu.
What we trust you with
Cooking alongside our talented team members in 1 production kitchen. The pastry team has 2 members + the one we are looking for.
Preparing all sweet items per the plan and business need.
Working 8-hour or 12-hour shifts including weekends and PHs, we will compensate you accordingly.
You will sometimes need to prepare something sweet for your colleagues for the staff canteen.

What makes you a match
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or a busy restaurant.
Conversational Czech language.
Independence, responsibility, diligence, and time flexibility.
Common sense :)
Work authorization for the Czech Republic is a must.
Experience working for a 5* hotel chain as well as experience in casual fine dining is considered a significant advantage.
Culinary/hospitality education on a high school level is a plus.
