Restaurant Supervisor
You have the chance to co-lead our vibrant plant-forward and zero-wast-focused Alcron Restaurant with an emphasis on local twisted dishes.
You will report to the Restaurant Manager and work hand in hand with other outlet managers and supervise restaurant team members. You are a highly skilled professional who oversees the restaurant operations and is also a part of the rota.
You are responsible for the service delivery and execution of SOPs.

Making sure are service standards and SOPs are followed by the restaurant team.
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations and decisions for appropriate adjustments if needed.
Provide feedback regarding the food and beverage quality.
Ensure that all Restaurant processes are in accordance with the regulatory guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels of the food nad beverage related items.
Maintain a comprehensive, current and guest-focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversee their implementation.
Ensure all equipment and company’s assets are well looked after.
Propose up-selling techniques to achieve departmental targets.
Ensure that emergency procedures are enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and all employees
Suggest ideas for improvement including, however not limited to – marketing and promotional content, business development, team member retention, sales incentive.
Help to hire, train, and manage the Restaurant team members.
Deliver world-class Restaurant service experience while helping in achieving the desired KPIs.
Live and Breathe the Almanac brand standards and be a role model to the team and all hotel employees.
What makes you a match
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Waiter/Restaurant Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or a high-end restaurant.
Proven ability to mentor/supervise a team.
Strong passion for the art of food creativity
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Czech and English and another language preferred.
Passion for flawless service, tenacity and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
Deliver bespoke experiences for clients and employees.
EU work authorization is a must.
