CHRISTMAS, BOXING DAY AND NEW YEAR’S EVE AT ALCRON
On Christmas, December 24th, we have prepared lunch and dinner festive menus featuring a delicious creamy fish soup with trout, butter-poached zander with carp fries, and a Christmas snowball with hazelnut mousse. For vegetarians for dinner, we offer the same outstanding alternatives, such as barley with forest mushrooms and grilled oyster mushrooms.
On December 25th and 26th, we will celebrate Boxing Day with special lunch and dinner menus that will add extra festive cheer and gourmet experiences to your celebrations.
On New Year’s Eve, December 31st, welcome the new year in our elegant setting, where you’ll enjoy a luxurious menu featuring beef tartar with smoked mayonnaise, crayfish soup with salmon trout caviar, and beef tenderloin with sunchoke puree. For vegetarians, we have beetroot tartar and cauliflower cream with wild broccoli.
