Our Easter menu is inspired by the customs and flavors that are closely tied to this time of year. The evening begins with an amuse-bouche inspired by Eastern Slovak tradition, followed by a starter where asparagus and eggs—symbols of spring—take center stage. The main course offers a rich combination of rabbit meat, parsley, nettles, and cranberries, while the dessert presents a delicate harmony of roasted rhubarb, vanilla, and citrus.
