GUARANTEE POLICY:

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking, or they will automatically be released.

The provided credit card may be pre-authorized before arrival to confirm its validity. It will not be charged until check-in unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations and changes must be received by 6:00 pm Prague time on the day of arrival,

or one night’s room rate plus applicable tax will be billed to the booking credit card,

and/or deposit(s) received for reservation will be retained by the Hotel.
