Donnersmarkt restaurant pays tribute to the extraordinary history of the building with The Thursday Markets. This grand building was once the residence of the Donnersmarck family, pioneers in the region’s agricultural trade, bringing fresh produce from their northern Slovakian estate to local farmers' markets traditionally held on a Thursday. Today, their legacy lives on through the new culinary experience of Thursday Markets, which not only honors this rich heritage but also is the transition of "Donnersmarkt", now with Head Chef Albrecht Seltmann at the helm.
