Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditation technique, is accessible to everyone. You lie down and follow the voice of the instructor Lisa Marie Hofer, guiding you into deep relaxation. By practising guided meditation with your eyes closed in front of the visual artwork, we inspire our introspection through the art piece and incorporate visualization, making the painting an integral part of the meditation journey. The artwork becomes intertwined with your meditation experience, allowing you to connect with it on a profound and personal level. It shows us how healing art can be once we embody it.
After the session, the experience will continue with a dinner together, when artist Lisa Farkas will give us insights into her artwork over a two-course meal and drinks.
