UNDER THE TATRAS TO PRAGUE: GAŠPEROV MLYN'S FLAVORS COME TO ALCRON
The team at Gašperov Mlyn uses seasonal ingredients and the natural bounty from around the restaurant. They aim to make the most of every ingredient, respecting its entirety and traditional value. The dishes are based on simple, typically Slovak ingredients, but presented in a modern and creative way.
Jozef will introduce guests to his restaurant’s philosophy through a tasting menu based on the seasonal ingredients of Slovak and Tatra nature. The menu will also feature ingredients carefully prepared over the summer by pickling, fermenting, and preserving, bringing the distinctive touch of Gašperov Mlyn to Prague.
"I see Alcron as a unique gastronomic spot. A restaurant with a history dating back to the 1930s is rare in Central Europe. The combination of history with cooking from quality ingredients from local suppliers and a focus on ethical, ecological, and sustainable cooking are attributes that connect Gašperov Mlyn and Alcron. Moreover, Alcron evokes in us a sense of luxury with a focus on comfort and pleasant guest experiences, which is also what we strive for in our restaurant," adds Jozef Breza.
The price per person is 1,690 CZK, with an optional wine pairing available for 1,090 CZK.
